School Finance Specialists
The school budget needs to be spent on children and young people and their learning. We can review your current plans and processes or work with your senior team to develop financial planning with meaning and integrity. We can help you improve financial health, efficiency and budget management or support you in your strategic planning so that your budget works to deliver your vision. We can provide training to build capacity or provide an expert pair of hands when time is short.
Our work with schools and academies, combined with our experience in central and local government gives us a unique insight into the fair allocation of public funds for education. We understand the processes, the regulations and the policy intentions. We understand the language and the complexities. These are challenging times. Understanding how the system works is vital to getting the most for children and young people.
The world of school finance can be a mysterious place. Leadership roles in local and central government together with experience in working directly with schools of all shapes and sizes allows us to make sense of the complexity and find a tailored solution.
The team is growing and we are keen to hear from those who work in school finance or strategic planning who would like to work with us in the future.

We aim to build a powerful network of professionals and organisations who can help school leaders achieve real value for money in specific aspects of their provision, whether that is their use of technology, making the most of buildings and facilities, managing change in staffing and structures or developing an income generation or community confidence strategy.
We want to be certain that those we work with will deliver the quality we expect and that we share the same values. We are taking some time so that we get this right.
